Not long ago I replaced the digitizer on my Palm. I got the screen at gethightec.com for about fifty bucks. (This would have been a Palm III, and now that I think on it a little more it was about 2 years ago).

They have screens for the Tungsten C for about $65.

They send the digitizer and you do the replacement yourself. The full link is:

On another note, Palm will tell you their units have to go back to them for battery replacement. With a little care you can DIY for about 1/3 the cost.
