We 'adopted' a stray Tom over the last several month. It started with him showing up looking hungry, so he let me feed him. Not long ago, on a cold night he actually let me pick him up, we had negotiated that ear scratches were OK, and bring him in, but he wanted his bowl, not the other cats' bowls. OK. He goes out a lot. Yesterday he goes out at his normal 6 AM, shows up this morning about 9, wants breakfast and goes back out. We have 8 inches of snow on the ground, did you know cats make good plows?
