Why I blog less about politics these days, again...

When Republicans can lie and lie and nobody seems to ever actually call them on it .... heck, even so-called "reporters" can blatantly lie and nobody seems to care .... when it's OK to call even former US Presidents traitors because they don't agree with you .... when things that would have been a major scandal in the past are glossed over with hardly a peep in the press ... what on earth can one small blog do to make a difference?

Rob:

Good question.

I have hope that small bloggers can make a difference. By blogging about our daily life and events our readers can start to form a "relationship" with us. Even if they don't agree with our political views they will listen because of that relationship. When we view others not as liberal or conservative, or Republican or Democrat, but as individuals who deserve respect, we will listen and learn. That's how we can make a difference, by educating one person at a time.

I liked your topic so much I blogged about it.
