Life is slowly getting back to normal chez lux, but I've managed to fall out of the blogging habit in the interim. I feel some lingering guilt for not posting daily, but I also don't feel that I have much to say right now.
If past experience is a reliable guide, my blogging frequency tends to go up almost immediately after I make a post like this. We'll see what happens.

HA! I've been silent most of the month. So today I spewed out all the indignation that has been building. You probably aren't far behind ... and just think: we have the SOU speech coming up.

I try to ignore any speech That Man gives, because every time I see his face or hear his voice I tend to start cursing loudly.

That's not a very uncommon reaction from us blue folks. I've been expounding plenty of vulgarity over the past 6 years, most of it directed at the Boy Who Would Be King.
Anyways, it's not like I post something every day. Sometimes I have trouble posting something every week, even. I write things more than once a week. I just don't post them after I read through and say to myself, "What a piece of crap!"
As for the SOTU, too bad I have to work that night. I'd even consider liveblogging it.

I want to watch to see if Senator Howdy Doody repeats his performance of the last four years as head cheerleader. He's talking tough, but I want to see if he's managed to cut that string from the top of his head.
